the picture is very nice, has also been very carefully and well packaged. Of course, I must not expect that the painting corresponds exactly to the image on the Internet in every detail (this is also pointed out)

First of all it should be noted that this is falsely advertised as made in the UK, when in fact it is made in New Delhi. Secondly, whilst the sales page shows the picture of what you are ordering and allows you to input width and height measurments (therefore no requirment to confirm orientation) the supplier alters to suit. When a photo of the finished product was sent to me, I immediately challenged as, whilst the measurments may have been right, they had changed the orientation, which was not what I had ordered. They subsequently provided another photo that made it appear they had corrected (photo no longer portrait). It has since arrived and the issue remains. Seller will mot accept responsibility and provide a refund, instead wants me to change orientation which looks wrong and is simply not what I ordered.
