Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us at info@krivaart.com to initiate a return. In your email, provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges (for defective or damaged items)
If you receive a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately at info@krivaart.com. In your email, provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you received that is defective or damaged
- A description of the defect or damage
We will process the exchange for the same item based on the availability of the requested item. You may not be responsible for any price difference.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. If you need to return a defective or damaged item, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.
